We can even mimic the lighting, backgrounds, and finished look of headshots you had made before if needed. We recommend redoing everyone featured on the site but sometimes that’s not feasible.
Individual Rates
Wes conveniently travels to your location to set up a mobile studio to work with 1-2 individuals on 1-3 backgrounds and a variety of outfits. We can shoot on white, gray, custom, or environmental backgrounds. Let’s discuss what’s best for your needs.

Group Projects
Wes conveniently travels to your office and sets up a mobile studio capturing 6-10 individuals per hour, per headshot station. For large volumes or tight shoot windows we may require multiple stations.
Our Group Headshot Projects start at $800 and includes:
- 1 Photographer on 1 photo station
- 1 Background of your choice
- 4 People’s Headshots
- 1 Retouched Photo per person selected by subject
- $150 per person thereafter until 20 people
- $100 per person after 20 person threshold
- 2nd Background option adds $75 per person – includes 1 retouched file
- Additional Retouched Files $50 per image

If you require a large number of individuals all captured in a short time frame, with a variety of backgrounds, or with multiple retouched files per subject then additional charges would apply. Headshot Setup Requirements
Allow up to an hour for Wes to set up. Our team headshot station requires an area ideally 10 x 12′ but we can work with slightly less if required. Have the area cleared prior to Wes’ arrival. Access to at least one grounded power outlet is required. Breakdown is around half an hour.
